Did you try disconnecting the battery? Maybe it needs to reset...

Well.
You can start by checking the hoses and electrical components shown on the underhood vac. diagram for disconnection or damage. Don't forget the controls located uder the vx on the pass side rearward of the rear seat floor.
Carbon cannister filter?
How many miles? Have you done any work on it lately or offroading that may have disconnected something?
