Yes, those should be Goodyear Gatorback part numbers - great belts!
Red heater hose is fine - just needs to be able to handle the heat but if it is called heater hose, that is it. 3/8” is hard to find so I used power steering hose that can handle more heat and pressure.
Shutoff valve would be fine.
