    Hey Allen,
I read the Post ,went to the site and Decided that it is a must have. When I 1st bought my VX I had very little hope of finding aftermarket Parts. Since I had owned a 94 AMIGO I was no stranger to have an SUV that no one made cool looking Parts for. Now I am in heaven. 1st I found out about the club. Upon reading the all the posts and finding that their are members who make parts for the VX and now a Company that is willing to make Custom Brush Guards.WOW!!!!!!! I will be showing the wifey the TRAILREADY site. She Always liked the Brush Guards I had on the AMIGO. She said that if my VX had them it would look more rugged than it already does. So my hats off to you.

Ok guys - let's get the deposits rolling in. Here's the original (second concept) picture for inspiration:

...and the post from Trailready on VMAG for additional reference (modified with correct spelling of my name):

At the request of Alan and Aric, we are accepting deposits for the purpose of conducting a production run of 20 front guards for the Vehicross. I understand that Aric is the originator of the design sketch currenty be circulated. We will begin holding deposits now. If we received 20 orders and deposits before 3/20/03, we will build the prototype base on the current sketch, we plan to make the lower horizontal bars optional. If we find that there is sufficient strength to add a receiver tube for a winch mount, that will also be optional. After check fitting, the production units will be complete. Standard Trailready Terms and Conditions will apply after 3/20/03, except that after 3/20, all deposits are nonrefundable. If you change your mind, you must do so prior to 3/20. Figure a max of 8 weeks for delivery after 3/20. If we don't receive 20 deposits by 3/20, all deposits will be returned and CC credited on 3/21/03. We are setting the maximum price at 850.00 for all guards regardless of option details due to the small production run. If you can get the number up to 40 before we begin production run, the price will be 650.00. finish will be satin black powdercoat, bare will be a 30.00 deduct, other PC colors will be a 50.00 add. Beginning tomorrow you will be able to watch the status of the group buy at http://www.trailready.com/vehicross.htm Call Chris or Michaelle at 425-353-6776, to place your order. All major CC accepted.
As we have a policy against company activities on forums, this will be my last post. You can contact me via email at larry@trailready.com
