My story began when I saw one back in 99', it was a gentleman who just got it (had a windows sticker). I couldn't remember what it was called, until one day. Sam's Club!

Yup, went shopping at Sam's Club and saw a silver one parked. I couldn't keep my eyes off it. I 'abandoned' my family just to go to the parking lot to take a closer look. Other people were also interested in it. From that day on, I've always joked to my friends how I was going to get a VX.

Probably 2-3 years went by, and I haven't saw a VX. Until my parents asked me for suggestions on SUV. Of course I told them about VX. (around 2001) We all went to the local Isuzu dealership but they were closed on the weekend. I pointed it out to them in the show room, they were like "that looks really small for a suv, like a toy"...

Obviously they didn't went for it, and my VX craze has came back. After getting my Integra and X-90, I just wanted to save some money for a VX. After saving for 2 years and sold the X-90, I was able to get a VX.

Now almost everytime I take a drive to the local market or school, I turn back and take a glance at it. Sometimes it's just too hard to believe it, knowing that I bought it within my budget after saving/selling my previous ride. It makes me smile big time
