I'm hoping early to mid next year on delivering the first parts. The engineering plans I just reviewed for the autoclave is for a unit approx. 10 feet long by 8 feet in diameter, with the ability to add more units end-to-end for length. That should give me some latitude in what's produced. Actually, I just bought a new shop building today as the one I already have will be too small. Now I'll have 2400 sq. ft. rather than 1600. As for expense, that's for me to absorb as this is primarily for my own use (aviation/nautical components) and the VX stuff will be priced solely on material and consumables used in production. I'll probably add a small production fee to offset equipment maintenance. Keep in mind these will not be fiberglass parts with a layer of CF for looks. We're talking 100% aerospace grade carbon-fiber components. Strength, light-weight, no yellowing and the availability of true matte finishes.
