Guess the Dictator and/or Television Sit-Com Character

Stumped it first try. :-)

I went with Stringfellow Hawke from Airwolf. I was pretty confident until it did the following... it asked if I fought in a war... then if I blew things up... if I flew a helicopter...

At this point I think I'm beaten.

Then, do you fly a black helicopter...

Yep, it got me...

Then for some reason, when it had me cornered (how many dudes flew black helicopters in a TV series?), it went off on a tangent and asked if I was resourceful... well, yeah...

So the thing went and guessed MacGuyver for some reason.

I could tell it thought Hawke flew for the British government from the line of questioning (wrong), and if you go back and say he ISN'T resourceful then it does guess "Hawkeye" from Airwolf. But he was resourceful and Hawkeye isn't the name. Hawkeye is that guy from that Last of the Mohicans stuff (well, it's one of his names). Or from M.A.S.H. And it definitely looked for Highlander TV series characters too, considering some of those questions.
