Yeah, was planning on a vacation, but HQ caught wind of my trip and asked me to do some government-government reconnaissance in Pretoria, then doing an elephant-back photo safari on a private reserve east of Pretoria, then on down to Cape Town for a week, including a canopy tour, then to Hermanus to see the whales. I've got to brush-up on my Afrikaans!
