Yep, that's when I call in the guys that get paid good money to do those kinds of conversions.
"here she is guys. and here is a check for $20k. do what ya gotta do, see ya in 2 months". 
Curious, have you taken the vehicle height and wheelbase into consideration with all this new power? And how about 4wd? Is the new power just a gamble that you are willing to lose the 4wd to? Difinately a hell of a project you have there. I am very interesting in seeing how it turns out.
