Tires and Interior mods

I just bought my 2000 red VX. it is in perfect shape and only has 40K miles. It has 235/55/18 tires and I need to improve the ride. What size tires do I need!!!!!

I would also like to improve the interior looks. Any ideas?

I ended up putting Nankang's 265/60-18

The ride is awesome and the look is tougher/ wider.
