I shamed my dealer into ordering and paying for mine. When I took delivery of my VX, it had their dealer advertisement plate on the front (my state has no front license).

My opinion was that they had removed it to install their advertisement, so they owed to me that part plus any and all OTHER parts which they removed from the vehicle prior to delivery.

Apparently, I was convincingly adamant about it ...as they had one for me within the week.
