Thanks for the info, I thought about BAT but looks like it's a little more complicated and time intensive than I really want to deal with. Also, even though it's going to cost me some money, I am going to be very detailed about my rust concerns with anyone interested. It's probably no worse than others out there but I just want it to go to a good home and the buyer to be happy.
