If you're feeling adventurous, you can pick up a set of Hella Micro DE halogen fog lights and retrofit a xenon HID kit into them. I did it, and it worked out wonderfully. Light output is bright enough so that I often don't even use my headlights, and I've passed/been passed by many LEOs and no one has said a peep.

Also wondering what kind of bull bar you have there. Looks pretty awesome and I might like to grab one myself.
