Electric window motors

I was looking around for info on the window motors/regulator?
Are there any compatible ones like the ABS unit from a Rodeo that I used?
Any info would be most appreciated.

I had to go through isuzuparts.com and get from Japan. Then it turns out I didn't need it as the window started working on its own
