Can we get rid of this annoying "User"?

I'm really getting concerned about all these annoying posts by "Hanoi". I know better than to click on any links, and I have Norton antivirus installed, but what other spyware and damaging code could be associated with these posts. Today I marked several threads "read" because the last post was by this "user", so I don't know if I've missed anything interesting or not.

I've been sending Moncha a report on every single one of them......maybe he's away or something.
