Military VX'r - you can buy the set that I bought, if you want. I thought about gluing some new attachment points to the inside of the mirror, but was afraid it wouldn't hold up. If you want them, they were $115. One thing I'll mention to you, the stock mirror heads are a biatch to get off. They are put on with phillips head screws and blue lock tight. With lock tight on there (which I didn't know when I started this process!), the heads on the screws just round right out. Since you're dealing with plastic all around the attachment points, I could think of no other way to remove them than to take the whole mirror assembly off the car, drill the heads off the phillips screws to remove the mirro head, and then heat the screws to remove the remaining portion - a REAL pain in the A**!! One other thing - there is no connector on the mirror wiring (that I could find - unless it is inside the door panel), so I had to cut the wires leading to the mirror (6 of them) and then resolder all the connections.
