This bolt is more like turning a "valve".

Turning it will tension the t/bars and lead to front end lift...
...bolt will rotate, but not move in and out.

Its usually a good idea to spray/soak them with WD 40 or similar first.

Make sure you index ( mark) both bolts..and turn them equal amounts.

( IIRC its a 27 mm socket )

AND..after doing lift...get a front wheel alignment done..

Also helps a LOT if you jack the front end up and take the weight off the front wheels.
Drive it around the block a time or two to let it settle before measuring both sides...adjust repeat. Even when turning both sides the same amount of times you may find it a little off from side to side. Also when you take it to the alignment shop make sure they don't crank them back down to make their job easier...Some will try this
