Because some people are squeamish about silly things like this (not me). I know this is a "family friendly" forum, but i don't see anything wrong with this either. It's just a ridiculous swimsuit.
I don't understand how anyone could get offended by the human form, but that's America for you!

PS - If you don't want your kids seeing weird stuff, you probably shouldn't let them be on the Internet in the first place. And if you consider this NSFW, obviously you should not be surfing forums while you are at work anyway, you should be working!
