My understanding about Plasti-Dip is that after u paint over it, it does not peel so well anymore. I think it is that as you peel, the paint breaks into shards & then tears the Dip or something like that...

4 to 6 coats it will peel right off. one coat or so is more difficult. you can purchase the kit for $200 or a local shop may do it for $400
