Hi so after fixing a whole bunch of things on the car i noticed thins thing would not turn off... anyone know what this is or does????? Its that sensor in between the supercharger arm.

Based on a picture from my 2000 VehiCross Electrical Troubleshooting Manual, that is the Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) Canister Purge Valve.
