Remote Key FOB for JDM

Here is a photo of the right hand side of the car directly above the brake pedal. The box with the green button is missing. I know that the JDMs do have keyless entry because I have a second JDM that I am using for spare parts and the keyless entry works on it. I just need to program that Key fob onto my Drivable JDM, if only I can find the elusive green button.

I just noticed in my pic the green button box and the smaller black box immediately next to it appear to share a wiring harness.
Could it be it was removed and that wiring harness modified?
I see those 2 white pegs sticking up from the floor on yours, was it maybe mounted to them?
Also my wiring harness doesn't have the black tape or the tubing.
