What I meant was...
There are not many places around that will do the Carbon Fiber "correctly". I put correctly in quotes because there is a "cheap" way to do it and "the way" to do it. Using Water Printing Technology is "the way" to go. In addition to the carbon fiber, the part is then Clear Coated (4 coats) and buffed to a showroom shine. There aren't many around who do it and I live in Louisville, KY which is home of KY HydroGraphics. They have an AWESOME facility and have Water Printed Carbon Fiber for me on my:
- Hood Insert
- Front Grill
- Side Mirrors
- Rear Side Marker Housings
- Rear Moon Piece
- Antenna Base
- Door Handles
- Tweet Covers
- Door Handle Cover w/switches
Yes, they can also do your hood scoop in carbon fiber. I was just saying that I don't know where to PURCHASE a hood scoop, but once you do I know where to have it done with CF if you are interested.
This is exactly what my local facility looks like. I stopped in one day to watch some of my pieces being done, AMAZING!!
