You shouldn't have to drain the tranny. As a matter of fact, if the hose is still in good shape, just replace the clamps. It sounds like they are the problem anyway.
If you do replace the hoses, just plug one end of the new hose & have a plug handy for the old hose. Pop it loose, pop the new hose onto the fitting & plug the old hose as quickly as you can. Obviously a helper would be great with that process. Since you'd be replacing the old hose anyway, you could also use a pair of vice grips to close off the hose before you pop it loose from the fitting.
You'll lose some ATF so you'll have to top off the tranny when done.
