stuck front axleshaft

Can't pull axleshaft from diff. on the right side. Is there something holding it from the inside of diff. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Check for ABS sensor cables. I think they need to be pulled first.

if you are talking about the front passenger axle it has a retaining clip on the end inside the diff' you have to tear front housing apart to get to the clip' there is also an oilseal that will need to be replaced if you went to town on trying to pull the axle out'. napa sellsd the oil seal' it is the same seal for a 1997 rodeo. found all this out the hard way
