If that's either the rubber hose or the clip you mentioned in your other thread, I'm sure a local parts store should be able to fix you up with some rubber hose (suitable for use as fuel line) and a hose clamp of the appropriate size.

I wouldn't think it would necessarily have to be the exact Isuzu replacement part in that case anyway, although if you could provide a picture of exactly what you're working on we'd know if that was actually the case.
