If that's either the rubber hose or the clip you mentioned in your other thread, I'm sure a local parts store should be able to fix you up with some rubber hose (suitable for use as fuel line) and a hose clamp of the appropriate size.
I wouldn't think it would necessarily have to be the exact Isuzu replacement part in that case anyway, although if you could provide a picture of exactly what you're working on we'd know if that was actually the case.

I think I have attached the schematic for the parts, it is 307B.

It looks like it's just the insulation jacket for those lines. If so, EASILY replaced at ANY auto part store. If not, where there is a will, there is a way.

Any Isuzu 3.5L and probably 3.2L will have the same part or at least something very close and probably doable.
