They called me on Tuesday, refunds will be processed after the last day of your reservations. I have to figure out how to get my partial refund, site 27 is a a double site, so I should get back enough to cover most of my gas down there.Glad I payed months ago so they could earn interest on my reservation

Sounds like I'm getting a full refund (not being charged the $10 cancellation fee).
EDIT:
Yup, full refund since cancellation was due to Gov't shutdown.
