If the stock tailpipe can't be reused or modified, any good exhaust person should be able to fabricate a replacement, either from scratch, or by modifying another existing stock application a little.

If you're wanting to maintain the stock stainless tip section, those can usually be cut off and reused with the replacement part your exhaust person ends up using.
