I picked up a remanufactured 6VE1 from Barnette's a few years ago. Have a look here and click on the Isuzu icon, then scroll down to line 25. Kinda pricey, but they give a 5-year, unlimited mile warranty. To me, it was worth the expense after having not spent a dime on my rig for the few years prior.
