Sounds like a problem with the TOD computer maybe? Have you pulled the passenger seat to verify everything's plugged in correctly? The shop manual says TOD problems are almost never a computer issue, but if you're not getting any diagnostic lights that sounds like maybe a wire is disconnected somewhere.

I assume 4L works though?
