    The key to hanging on to these small plastic guns is applying sandpaper adhesive so the plastic doesn't slip or move around in your hand when fired. I have it on my Glock 26 and its a tack driver!! Have not shot a nano, but if its mostly plastic it probably moves around when fired. I like a relaxed grip on most pistols instead of a death grip, so the sandpaper adhesive really helps me with these smaller surface area pistols. Hopes this helps!
