Ahhhh it was one of those kinda days that you live for. I just got my 20 years in with Houston P.D. yesterday. Knowing I can retire is a nice feeling. Folks at work wanted to know how I planned to celebrate (in other words was I planning on getting tanked). My simple response was "Nope, I'm going for a ride". Then that is exactly what Sammi & I did for the afternoon- a reflective VX ride to nowhere with the windows down. Simplicity has it's rewards even if only for one cool fall day.:yesg:
