It comes with the belt, tentioner, tentioner pulley, Idle pulley, and the water pump. Pretty nice kit although there is no marks on the timing belt. Its not a problem as long as you pay very close attention to the marks on the cams and project those marks over to the new belt with a silver sharpie... Let me know when you wanna take the plunge and we can have that beer we were talking about!
