- Click the SEND MONEY tab.
- Select the "PERSONAL" TAB when initiating the payment. It's right next to the "PURCHASE" button.
- To do this, you HAVE to have the amount IN your PP account or in the checking account tied to the PP account, (as opposed to letting it get charged to your credit card).
- Then you select "GIFT".
- ***ALSO** Remember to send your full name and address as it doesn't give me that with the Personal Tab.
