The link above is what I found that seems to show several Car Shows. I clicked on several and you can find out more about when, where and even some had a printable window sign you could use to display your vehicle. Some are further away (from me) than I thought they would be, by the town name. Guess I have heard of the towns but didn't actually know where they were. Below is a list of Central Florida shows until the end of March. There are more listed into June but the frequency seems to be less. Check it out.
