Good point Eric, hadn't thought of that. I'd be loading about 200 lbs in it, at least, and maybe luggage/stuff, add another 100 lbs..... so still very light....can see the trailer bouncing and being blown sideways.
~We considered getting a small utility trailer - much more hassle/overkill and everything gets SO dirty and dusty...YUK
~Also considered a hitch mounted platform/ramp thing. Read so many reviews that say these BOUNCE up and down like crazy on the hitch. I recall Mav's big cargo box ended up with cracked welds from the up and down motion. A 100 lb metal platform with a 200 lb scooter, driving on a rocky/dirt road, may well have a similar problem I'd guess, and it would still be dirty....
~Think this suspension would help at all with bouncing? At least it has 12" tires.
