I wasn't sure if it could deploy/blow once the connectors were detached.
Plus I wasn't sure if it could blow up from the back side as well as the front side, so I was uber careful to keep my headoff to the side and away from it when I was removing/reinstalling it.

When secured to the steering wheel, all the force goes outward. When being held in your hand, basically 1/2 of the force will come back towards you!!!

(I'm assuming maybe only one of the two wires was for the airbag, the other for the horn maybe?)
