I think the author was a little confused regarding the American market as opposed to the world market, in which we all know that Isuzu is the worlds largest truck manufacturer and it ain't goin' nowhere any time soon...Now, as to that rear view camera...

There's just something about the headlights, that doesn't look "right" to me...

I don't see anything that makes me think it's a JDM.
Driver seat looks more like our Recaro leather 2-tones than the JDM fabric....and don't think this Astral-looking silver was one of the Limited edition 175 that had the Recaros.
And to me, the wheels look more like a '99 than '00 or '01, but not sure.
Why would the author want to show a JDM when it's a current article and an American publication??...

Headlights...hmmm....it must be we're not used to seeing such clear headlights... .....and especially from this mostly top angle
