If you plan on using the 1999 model OEM 16x7 rims (I hope), then you should be able to fit either 285/75R16 (32.8" O.D) or 295/75R16 (33.4" O.D.) with minimal fitment issues. With a 3 or 4 inch lift; I recommend the latter of 295/75R16 (33.4" O.D.), as it will help fill-up the huge gaps in your lifted wheel-wells.
Both of these tire sizes show a minimum rim width of 7.5", but they both can easily be "squeezed" onto a 7" rim with no problems. By using your OEM 16x7 rims will greatly minimize any rubbing or fitment problems.
