Not sure the VX he is parting out has the axle shafts though. There are plenty of posts where people replaced their axles with those from Empi. Not an exact fit but works. Use the search function on the home page to find hours of reading pleasure on the topic of CVs.
Check with etlsport on the center console. He found somewhere to get them re-covered.

For the glass have you checked with Merlin at St Charles Isuzu? JoFoto got a drivers side shipped out to him in Moab last year and the price was pretty reasonable.
