ive dipped tool handles before but never thought about using it for wheels or that it came in a can - much cheaper than powdercoating too im sure but im assuming that you would have to rough up the chrome surface of the wheels to get it to adhere? would be nice to just be able to peel it off and have the chrome safely underneath for when you wanna bling bling
