I don't know about any "mechanical blunders".....more than a few of these cars have passed the 200k mark....we've one here approaching 300k. I backed mine off the carrier @ Daytona Isuzu, about 5:30pm (shift was over and I waited for the truck)in 2001............It has been dead-nutz reliable....never a hiccup, or a failure in any system or part (headlight rubbers aside) for 11 years
