I assume by torque, you mean adjust the torsion bars. If so, then no. Torsion bars are only on front. For lift in back, you need replacement coils or coil spacers.
Don't forget that you need a front end alignment after you crank the torsion bars.
Also remember that one member took his in for a front end alignment and they relaxed his torsion bars in the process so make sure you tell them that you adjusted them for lift.
