It's always sad when we lose one of our own, and that applies to whatever "our" happens to be. Fellow enthusiasts, friends, team mates, neighbors, and especially family members.

But now have a good thought for him and everyone whose lives will be less joyful without him, and celebrate the memories of our newest patron watching over our endeavors.

    Peace,

So I said to myself, I said "Handee"
and this voice came back and said..
"He's not in, may we take a message?"
    Good humor indeed.

oh my, so sad to hear.

Handee was a real joy to know, and a very funny guy. Some of us knew he was very sick but it still hurts to face it.

Tom, I've got to share a joke he was planning on you.....
About 2+ years ago, when I posted the pic of all my hotwheels/ VX models on a wooden log, there was a silver one that had a wheel come off.....and "crashed" falling off the log. We said that was Gussie's VX.

Handee (Mike) had a really fun idea, he contacted me and wanted one of my Proton 1:43 VX, AND the loose wheel/tire from the silver one. So I got those shipped off to him......anybody see where this is going???

He planned on gluing the wheel/tire to the back door of the Proton and sending it to Tom......

Sadly, he got too sick to do it, but as I think back on that, I find he can still make me smile and laugh!
Rest peacefully my friend and keep 'em laffin' up there!
