Almost forgot...being the kind of mild mannered fellow who is handy with tools of most any kind. I've fashioned several "bug out garments"...

By carefully drilling small holes in the rim of canned goods, & fastening them together with small keyrings, zip ties, & bits of stainless wire...

I have a really nice vest made of canned Spam, & a pair of chaps, made of canned sardines.

Those foil packs of Tuna make serviceable, if somewhat uncomfortable, undergarments.

I just use gloves...for gloves.

I figure that with the application of some sausage gravy, I can eat those in a pinch. Same goes for socks.
