There is another place half way through town on the left....
....that has a similar layout, plus I believe small kitchens & laundry.

...I'm now told that it sold a month or so ago...
(local influence keeping things local methinks..given I've be enquiring about it for a year)
However...I finally found a realtor contact that actually seems to know whats going on..
( she sold the Hospital!)..and it may be "available"...(think.. flip)
...so we shall see.
Probably pipe dreams..but I am gonna look seriously at it .
