Swift gives slightly less than a 1" drop (7/8's I believe). Will do no harm to your stock struts. Something like Cobb springs "looks" good, but is damaging over time because their have an aggressive drop.
Sways depends on what sort of ride you want. I personally recommend and use Whitelines, but I love a very stiff, responsive ride. Apron rumbling at 70mph+ is a piece of cake.
Adjustable and tubular mm will determine what sort of ride/performance you get out of them.
Definitely check on that downpipe. I don't know of a Borla downpipe that was ever made, but maybe I am mistaken. I am running a catted hi-flow Cobb downpipe to a Borla catback that is just phenomenal. Just be sure that the previous owner didn't slap a Borla catback on the OEM downpipe and use a CEL delete in his map to just close out CELs that would be visible from stg2 on a OEM DP. Gotta be vigilant when buying a used, modded car.
