You probably don't absolutely need a torque wrench, but this'll give you an idea of what you need for each one.

The stock shock torque settings are-
Front- 14 lbs. upper, 61 lbs. lower
Rear- 70 lbs. upper, 58 lbs. lower

I dont think 14ft lbs is enough to even get the upper bolt threaded onto rancho9000s. Ive installed 3 sets of them and there is always paint on the threads that make the top nut a pain. Just takes some force but it always goes. Didnt even take my wheels off for the last set
