cant wait for the sun to come out . i have my mech comming over in the morning to get her fired up.

so far tommorow im installing a set of pro comp wheels on 31s ive had sitting in my garage forever. new plugs maybe an oil change & filter and fuel filter, and i might even order up a new fuel pump im sure the one in there is tired and in need of replacing.

any recommendations on some preventative maintenance i should do or parts i should replace.

Replace the PCV with the oil change, grease the rear axle shaft u-joints & run some seafoam through the intake, that'll make her purr.

    Congrats on the purchase

That's gotta be some sort of testament as to how well the Isuzu fuse/relay box is sealed...

Lightly (2-3' away) go over the engine bay with a power washer & she'll look like showroom...though mine has run a "little funny" after such endeavors, she always comes back after the engine has heated up & evap'd all the moisture.

Hey, if this guy can do this to his Benz, then I think the VX can handle a little splash under the hood.

    Still cringing,

I think this answers the question "when is 1600 bux not 1600 bux?"

But with a lot of TLC and removing the purple tint (I die), it should be good to go. Plus, you'll learn a whole lot more about your rig than you bargained for. Good luck!

Too bad he didn't zoom in on the VIN too... be nice to put that on a black list if you're an MB shopper.

Hey maybe this is just an advertisement for the quality of MB fit and finish - you know, like how watching 4 dumb-***'s bounce up and down on the doors makes me want to buy one because it's obviously so high quality.
