I stayed up until 1:00 AM to watch the end. Typical Daytona finish - GREEN-WHITE-CHECKER. But, at least a FORD won!

It looked like Montoya had a flat right rear tire (notice the sparks flying out from under the right side of the car) and he was complaining of "vibrations." I'm sure NASCAR will be investigating this closely and may change their rules about cars running past track workers at speed. There have been a few other incidences involving track vehicles, but nothing of this magnitude.

I wish they could solve the pit road situation. Sure, they lowered the speeds, but there are still cars running into cars, which then run into crew members. That scares me more than the drivers in a crash. Crew members only have a cheesy little brain bucket to protect them from a 3400 pound moving missile.

I know, a race without a crash is BORING, but leave the crashes on the track, and leave the track workers out of it! Go, Danika!!
