There's been plenty of discussion here and over at the Planet since this issue came to light in May 2010. The Rodeo and Passport were all made at the Subaru Plant in Indiana. Our VX was made in Japan. We have no such issue for whatever reason.
Our ever dependable VX remains as the only passenger vehicle ever sold in the US by Isuzu that has never had a recall.
